Another element of “going after the ONE” is doing disaster relief. As members of the Disaster Relief team, we are the second responders and are committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus by offering disaster relief services to hurting communities when natural disasters strike.
All over the Southeast region, we partner with other local ministries and dispatch teams to nearly-destroyed towns and neighborhoods in the aftermath of tornadoes, hurricanes and floods. We come in and open up roads, cut and remove trees off houses, install tarps on damaged roofs, clear debris, hand out meals and hygiene supplies, pray with families who have lost so much, love on people, and provide hope through Jesus Christ. We are not just there to restore homes or a community, but to restore people back to God the Father.
Bringing Christ in the middle of chaos.

Almost one year to the date of Hurricane Idalia hitting this same area of Florida, Hurricane Helene made landfall as a Category 4. This region has been ravished by three hurricanes now in the past 13 months. We joined the Chainsaw Army, consisting of ministry partners from Youth-Reach Gulf Coast, Frontline Ministries, and White Dove Ministries to cut trees, tarp roofs, bring hope, and share the love of Jesus with this hard hit area.

I partnered with Youth-Reach Gulf Coast and headed to Houston, TX after Hurricane Beryl. After we cleaned up their campus, we went into the city to help several widows, elderly, and handicapped. The Houston area was without power for 6 days with temperatures around 100 degrees.
